hi steve,
day after allthe plane jackings. im pretty upset. hope we retaliate soon and hard.
finished my 12 week course and gain almost 15 lb. i now weigh 162lb and feel great. went from 12 in arms to 14.5 and added over 4 inches to my chest and back. never had any lat muscle at all and now my shirts are starting to fit a litte tight. {my wife loves it and is thinking of working out with me.
since finishing the 12 week course have cut back on weights a little bit. i do 100 push ups 75 chin ups and 60 dips 4 days a week. on each day i focus on a differnt body area and do 3 sets for each area. plan to do this till october then hit weights hard till christmas.
get at least 160 grams of protein every day. tuna and cottage cheese is cheap and loaded. eat alot of baked soy beans and peanuts. try to get 3000 cals. aday to gain weight. {i always feel bloated}hope to have a computer soon with scanner and will post before and after pics.want to get to 180lbs and 16.5arms and 46 chest.
hows your workout going?

Ok paulz,

Over the last year I have lost 40lbs without doing much cardio
yahoo. I feel I have put on 10lbs. of muscle and lost my beer
six pack. I was getting into a rut before joining ft. I am
a big time overtrainer but have learned a lot in the last few
weeks. Now I am back on track and making good gains again.
It's not hard to get lazy and ft is like having a personal
trainer barking at your heels. What is your best day arms,
legs, etc.? How do you like ft.?
