for things like the dumbell flat bench press where u use a weight in each hand and it asks weight you used. Should i input total weight in each hand or the seperate amount in each hand. Newbie question i'm sure sorry about that.
Good question, I used to wonder about that myself. I usually just put down the weight of one dumbell. As long as you're consistent it doesn't really matter since the numbers are just being used in the progress charts. The relative progress is going to be the same whether you put in the total weight used, or the weight of one dumbell.
