It is quite possible that my arms will be immobile by the end of the day. Though it is a sign that everything I did in the gym yesterday was not futile, I still feel the need to complain.

dfly, I had a day that I worked my arms so hard, and when I woke up the next morning, I wasn't able to get out of bed because I could not use my arms they were so sore. Start taking IB Profin now...oh the pain!!:angry:
