I may end up sidelined here soon. I'm just starting week 3 and a nagging back pain that I have had for a couple months now (been blowing it off cause I hate doctors) is really kicking my arse! I have a quack's appointment in the morning... hopefully they have half a clue. Everyone thinks having free medical because I'm in the military is great, but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. Last time I saw the quacks out here in Hawaii was for some pain in my hand caused by a slight case of carpel tunnle syndrome. All they did was pump me full of Ibuprofen and gimme a wrist brace. Anyway.. I'll keep you folks posted of my condition if you care at all.

Excuse me, but I wouldn't say that you get medical free. You pay for it with your life, and to some that means literally. So, don't sell yourself short. Good luck at the doctors and I hope everything goes well. Keep us posted!

Thanks. You do have a point... one most civilians don't care to take into account. I will keep you guys posted... in fact, I am on my way to the quack's office right now.
-Jim P.S. Wish me luck... this could kill my wrestling career before it even starts! :)

Oh yeah.. sorry. Doc sez my problem is with my muscles in the center of my back. She did what the typical Navy doc woulda done... hooked me up with Motrin 800. I'm feeling better. Today's a rest day, so tomorrow I will see if my shoulder work will cause any problems!
