Hey man, I finally became what I hope is pain free about a month ago. That would be 8 months. I am working on strength day by day. I know how you feel. Its a slow process. .

Charlie, does your shoulder feel more or less normal now - or just pain free?

Pretty normal. I just have strength issues. For the longest time I had pain though. Sometimes It just ached and sometimes it cracked really loud and hurt like hell. I popped it once a few months ago doing dumbell presses and it hurt so bad I called the PT. She said I probably just broke up some scar tissue. There were 3 incisions. She was right because it quit hurting in a few days. I don wan do dis anymor lucy!!!
