When they say you have to do 55% of your one rep max how much weight do you need to use? im sorry i wuz never good at math infact i was in the lowest math ever lol.
See this is how my plan goes but i dont know how much weight i need to use.
for Benching...MAX: 205
5 Sets 1 set: 55% of max 2 set: 60% of max 3 set: 60% of max 4 set: 65% of max 5 set: 70% of max
