I'm kind of lost with what food i should eat. I would apriciate if i can get some foods that are Small but pack a lot of nutrition. I'm hoping to gain weight and i cant handle eating 1lb of food which has as much protein as 1 can of tuna. So if u know any foods that are in high Calorie,protein,carbs but smal in size plz post me. I was alos wondering if ther was such a thing as an organict protein bar. If threr is can u post some info or a link to it.
