I'm having difficulty trying to input foods so as to develop a data base of what I eat vs. (I think) what I'm supposed to eat given the fitness plan I've selected. Can anyone offer some assistance?
What is the difficulty?
i found that if I take some time to put in all the info off of labels of my favorite foods that i have a nice base for putting in my meaLS. a food counts book is a valuable tool, sometimes it is quicker than trying to find it in the freetrainers database.

What asimmer said. We have a few calorie books and a book called "Sugar Busters" that have helped us. It does seem easier to write it down. If you want to use the puter, mywife uses a spreadsheat.
