Today I ended my first eight weeks program, and I'm wondering: if there is a following to it or should I just start another one?

Depends, some like to take a rest in between. You probaly could just start into another program the choice is yours.

Well, it depends on your goals. When I finish my eight week program, I plan on doing a week or two of muscle endurance training. lots of reps and little weight. Of course, I want to get really cut as well as bigger. It all depends on your goals. Otherwise, just go into your next program.
