I complete my 12 week ab training in a few days and can see the abs coming through, but I would like to see more, so now what should I do?

Adjust your goals take a week off and do it again. There is no graduation.:big_smile:

So, no cutting phase or anything like that?

Also, this time I want to adjust my eating habits, but I can't just suddenly do that, so something gradual.

My other problem is without a schedule I can't do stuff like this, so is there an eating schedule, saying how much fat I can take in daily and etc...
