well i finaly gained mass in my chest the way i want it now im gonna try to rip it up a lil bit but since i was using high weight a low reps how do i change that to low weight high rep to rip up? in other words how much should i bring the weight down and how much should i ring the reps up? and if i do this will i start to decrese in mass a little .
I say, try to stay under 20 reps. I'm no expert but...Changing to higher reps will make your chest muscles have more endurance because you will be using your Type II (Slow-Twitch) muscle fibers. I would think that you would instead try lowering your BF to tighten up your skin and get that ripped look. And if you didn't want to add more mass to your chest you can just stop increasing the weight. But doing more reps will help toning up. Especially with machines like Fly's.
