I am thinking I would like to lift before and after work. I currently lift 5 days a weeks taking Wed and Sun off. I do 2 days of HIIT and one general cardio. I would not mind bulking up a little but do to being military I have to keep up the cardio. Here are my stats if they help:
Height: 6ft
weight: 192
Taking: whey protein on workout days, Fish Oil Pills, Creatine, Ripped fuel but thinking of getting off this.
