geeeeeeeeeez........have you read up on all the stuff about hydrogenated oils(trans fats) and high fructose corn syrup. it seems like its in everything now a days. i'm learning to really start reading labeling alot closer.
i've heard the FDA in fast on their track. any new news on this? if you have'nt researched this you need to!
I've been trying, and it's real hard in today's society, to not eat packaged food as much.... I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible and stick with things that are as close to it's natural source as possible. If I can't an ingredient out loud, do I really want it in my body?
