hey everyone... this is my first post, so i'm assuming my question fits this category....
I'm 5'4 and 138 pounds, while i'm not fat, i'm not skinny either. I've lost about 40 pounds a year ago, and it seemed so easy... well i've been dieting again and I can't seem to budge the scale. In 3 weeks I've only lost one pound. I'm working out about an hour a day, and eating healthy... does anyone have any other suggestions that will get the stupid scale to move?.. thanks in advance!
