monday- dumbells bench press,
incline barbell bench,
decline dumbell bench
dumbell butterflies, i do all of these 3 sets, with 10-8-6
tuesday- back- im not sure the names of them exactly, which sounds bad, but i do 4 exercises with 3 sets and 10-8-6
weds- legs
thurs- shoulder
military press with dumbells
shoulder shrugs with barbell
striaght arm lifts
shoulder shrugs with dumbells
all of these 3 sets with doing 10-8-6
friday, bi's and tri's
standing curl with bar
standing mahcine curl
hammer curls
preacher dumbell curls
bar skull crushers
rope pulldown
standing with the machine and pulling the bar down
standing and grabing a handle and straightening my arm out, an dkeeping elbow striaght' i forget the name
and for all those i also do 3 sets a piece, 10-8-6.
