Got a question...I am 20 yrs old, 175 lbs., I am very fit and look pretty good, but I live at college and eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and turkey EVERY day. Is this going to slow my muscle growth dramatically? I know I am not taking in as many calories or protien like I should but I am eating very healthy I just want to know if this could turn out bad.

Eating "healthy" will not put any lean mass on you if it is not enough calories. You must have a caloric excess to add lean tissue. Your body does not care that you want to add lean muscle, you must force it. Without adequate calories, it does not have to take on the burden of adding more muscle, which is just more maintenance for it.
