I used to have the greatest willpower in the world! Now, everything around me tempts me. I'm not highly overweight but I'm very self-conscious about myself. Is there a way to loose weight without dieting? I don't eat unhealthy a lot but I seem to keep gaining because of stress and work and my personal life stress. What can I do? I also have a pretty bad knee injury which keeps me from running and doing cardio like I used to. Any advice?:(

Welcome to freetrainers ebthrash, can you please fill out your profile. We will be able to give you more info.
Start with what you eat. Eat more! I know, your saying I'm nuts, but if you eat more foods that are healthy and not processed, you will see a change. Eat more foods that have protein, good complex carbs, and good fats.
You might want to take a look at the post "grocery list for a bodybuilder" Pick one protein, 2 vegetables, and a carb, for every meal. Don't forget good fats.
Next, try doing some moderate exercise, with dumbells, add in some crunches, pushups, and this should get your metabolism going.
You are obviously motivated, because if you weren't you wouldn't have posted the question. So, count today
as day 1.
