no traps???

hi i just got a program from here how come they dont work traps at all? ive seen my first two weeks and traps arent worked in neither shoulder or back days? should i add something?

Personally I am not sure why the would omit traps as I feel they are one of the most important muscles for functional strength. In my particular case neglecting trap developement led to an impingement in my shoulder. As far as when & how to train traps I personally would reccomend the following; Be sure to work all portions of the traps(there are 3) standing shoulder shrugs work the upper & middle portion & doing a variation of a seated row with keeping the arms straight & squeezing the shoulders together does a good job for hitting the middle & lower portion. If I am trainig for strength I have found it best to work them with shoulders however during a mass cycle I perfer to work them with back, but ultimately do whatever works best for you.
