You probably could squeeze your workout into fri-sunday but really 4:30pm to 6am? Sounds like your getting waaaay too much sleep. If I ever sleep 12 hours in a night I wake up tired. You probably could afford to cut back a tad on that. Currently I work 7-5/6pm.. gym 6/7-8/9pm and sleep 10/11-6am... usually pretty rough but I squeeze it all in. Diet also would be the best way to lose your 'love' handles.. don't rely on situps.. leg extensions.. etc.. you need to reduce your oveall body fat % to lose those.

Sounds like you need to find that inner strength dude.
Everyone has it.
Do your work-out when you get home instead of sleeping and then go to bed a little earlier.

I'm taking it that you fall asleep for like an afternoon nap between 4.30 - 6 pm and not all the way through. Once you're home try and not crash out. Go for a jog/walk/swim/bike ride or the gym. A couple of times a week and that alone should give your system a boost. You can also get home routines here that don't require any equipment.
However, if you're sleeping all the way through to 6 am then you need to cut down your sleep drastically. Sleeping too long makes you feel worse than sleeping too little - groggy, no energy etc.
All the best with getting a routine to fit around your life.

If you are using a gym, then go straight to the gym after work. You will only be getting home an hour later. If you are working out at home, then jump into your workout clothes and get it over with. It's easier to make a habit if you schedule it in your day just like your work. And getting it out of the way before you start your evening means a more relaxed evening. At least for me that works.
