Is it true that you if stop all sugar intake..you can lose alot of weight....also i heard trim spa is good product...true or false?

Your body does actually require some sugar in your "diet" however try getting it from natural sources like fruit. Not only will it help you eat healthy but you won't be depriving your body of something it needs.
