Tuesday I did shoulders, and usually 1 to 2 days espcially on the second day after working out a region, that region is pretty sore. For Example Wednesday i did chest and my chest is really sore today. But my shoulders never really got sore. Does that mean I had improper form or not work out as hard as i should have, or will some muscles after working out just not get sore anymore?
