which specific exercises are you supposed to do with an incline bench.......if it is just bench press you can just alter your basic push up to hit the same muscle by putting your hands out in front of your body further while you do them
Incline, decline and flat bench all hit different parts of the chest.
If all you have is a flat bench try some of these:
For upper try militery presses.
For lower try dips.
For outer try barbell/dumbell flat bench presses
For inner try flat bench dumbell flyes.
For ribcage expansion try straight arm pullovers
