For some reason I have asolutely noenergy what so ever lately an ALWAYS hungry (eat twice as many calories as I should be). Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?
I made a Dr appointment but it's in a month. Any ideas at all on what this could be?
What is your ratio of foods? P/C/F? Too high a protein diet can actually make you hungry. And carbs give needed glycogen for muscle and everything else we do. On the other hand, if your diet is high in refined carbs, these are not very satiating, so don't lead to being full feeling. Thus you eat more with little nutritional value. There are many things, as RW says, more info is really needed. Then again, it may be a medical problem. We are clearly specualting.
