hi i'm jolene and new to this site.
i filled out the questionaires for my fitness plan and nutritional plan but, is there exercise routines and diet plans provided, according to my plans? i'm sorta lost. i know it is a way to keep track and everything but, i seriously need a legit routine to base from and a diet plan wouldn't hurt me either since, i have no idea half the time if i'm exercising correctly, getting the right amount of exercise as far as cardio and toning is concerned and i'm always lost on the diet end of things so, if anyone can shed some light, it would be much appreciated.
