I use to work out 3-5 times in the morning and now with my schedule and my routine I am bored with my routine... When I went to the gym this is what I used.... The treadmill to warm up then work on my legs using weights. Then I would run on the treadmill for about 30 to 35 minutes. When I wasn't at the gym I was working on my arms using weights and jumping rope for my legs. Someone help me because I have not worked out since June......
I am thinking of buying a treadmill to workout. My problem area is my legs....I heard that sport training doesn't work. I really don't want to put muscle on my leg. I rather reduce the size of my thighs if that is possible.
Have you tried an FT program? I like them because there's always some exercise I've never done before--I strictly did the weight machines before joining FT 'cause I had no idea what kinds of other exercises to do. So I guess that's my advice.
