Hi! My name is Miranda. I am 22, in graduate school, and working a lot.  With my schedule, exercise has been on the back burner. I just joined today hoping to implement the cardio program and at home workouts to tone my body, especially my tummy. I used to run around 70 miles per week but have been generally inactive for about a year. I have gained about 20 pounds, and I'm feeling a lack of confidence. Please feel free to leave any tips or advice!

Hi Miranda !! ,, I'd like to give you some tips from my experience as I've lost more than 35 pounds till now..
The food is the secon part of weight loss ,,you can't do excercieses only ,, eat healthy and never be hungery all the time ..
you have to enjoy your cardio training ,, try different sports every day ,, if you can make your excercise enjoyable you will never get bored ..
Be confident If you did it once, you can do it again .. set a goal and go for it ,, take a model to follow..
make a goal for a month to lose for ex. 7 pound and 4 small goals in the 4 week and write it to make you feel the progress quickly after one week ..
you can message me if you need any thing else ..
