With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
So I've done everything I can think of to try and lose this excess weight. I haven't been able to shake it, but I've lost a significant ammount since high school. I weighed 205 in high school and I'm only 5' tall. Something's not right with that picture.

I'm a three sport athlete at my school which makes me feel like the weight should come off....the lowest i've been is 150 and it's incredibly frustrating. :angry:
I drink a lot of water everyday and try to run at least 3 times a week.
