Hi!!!
my name is Amber and I am new to this site but am really looking forward to having some support!! I have struggled with loosing for as long as I can remember I am not what you say fat but overwieght and want to lose for myself to feel better. I have a hard time with changing exercise routines, I work out at home mostly to videos and taking walks or bike rides, I think not changing the routine hurts me but I also have a hard time with coming up with healthy meals that I would like or better that even try cooking. I look forward to achieving my goals and hope that I can stick to it!!!!! Any suggestions please let me know I am always up for new ideas!!!!!!!

Well first off, it is good that you mentioned you wanted to do this for you. That is the start. Now sign up for a program here to get you started and with a little (and yes a little) discipline, you can achieve your goals.
