Thanks! I am looking to right now lost about 15 pounds. Does Xenaphradrine really work? How about Hydroxycut?? What is a good way to lose? I run about 5 miles a day, but my leg muscles are bulking up. I am only 5'2" and 126. I want to be down to about 112 or 114 but also decrease my fat %

You can try other cardio exercises, such as swimming. I use Hydroxycut and has worked for me. You really won't know if fat burners will work until you try them. Search other posts on this subject...there have been many. Just remember to eat healthy (lower your overall fat intake), cardio exercise at least 3x per week and weight train. The combination of these will help you lose 15 pounds!

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

I feel like I am stuck at this weight. I work out hard quite a bit and the lbs come on. I am taking a fat loss supplement but I don't see any change. Any suggestions

Welcome to the board. If you are new you will find there is alot of information to absorb. Read thru posts on weight loss & diet (search feature)
My first recommendation ( and this is a tuff some of us) is to reduce your running for a period of time to 2-3 times a week, 20-30 min max time. I know what your thinking "I'll gain weight". Actually what you do is replace it with weight training, build some muscle. If you have been running for a while your body has "adapted" to this stress and now you are stuck. Once your body has responded to the weight training you can add some running back in. (remember muscle increases your metabolic rate)

Hi there, welcome!

One thing I don't understand; how can your bulk up your legs if you are running? Do you do lots of sprints? If not you are working your slow muscle fibres also called endurance fibres and this can only give you toned and never bulky legs (what can make them bulky thou is the fat around your muscles).

Running is an excellent cardio. If you follow a healthy diet next to and you want to gain lean muscle mass then yes do as ltroisi says, cut down a little of your cardio training (so you'll keep enough energy for your muscles to grow).

Good luck!
