Hi everyone. I have some questions about a good fitness regimen. I am a 24 year old female. I try to eat healthy for the most part, and I eat and snack throughout the day. I am actually a little underweight as I am about 5'3" and 100 lbs, but I attribute that to my high metabolism, as this is the way it has been most of my life. I do not look sickly or anorexic, I have just always been a tiny person with little bones). I used to belong to a gym about 5 years ago and got tired of it, and began doing pilates and such, and got tired of that and really wanted something that got me moving and made me feel like I was actually doing something--so I joined the gym again. This time I really like it. I am trying to go about 4 times a week. I like the cardio (as I said I like moving and feeling like I'm getting a workout) and I try to do about 45 minutes of the crossramp (The 1/2 ellipitcal, 1/2 stair climber machine--This usually burns about 300 calories) and then I do about an hour of weight training. I know you can not necessarilly target one specific area of your body, but although I am small I have a good amount of butt fat. I do squats, cardio, all kinds of things, and I am just wondering what to do. I know there is muscle under there, I feel it. But the jiggle is still all on top. I do not want to lose weight and have not seemed to lose any so far, but I would like to lose the butt fat. Does it sound like I am doing too much or too little of anything? Any advice is greatly appreciated! As I said I am 24, 5'3", 100(ish) lbs. I want to lost the butt fat, but do not want to lose weight overall as I am already pretty tiny. Thanks in advance!! Happy workouts!
