Hi All, I am new to the site and have a few questions. I chose to work out 4 days a week, leaving nothing out. However, my main goal is to get my ab's looking good. I am 6'1, 195 lbs. I would like to be down to 185 most of this coming from the gut. My legs are skinny as well as my arms (genetics :?) I would like them to get a little more definition while loosing the gut.
I filled out the Questionire, adding the 12 week ab program. When my custom workout was finished it consisted of four days of wight training, 2-4 days of abs. I don't see anything about Cardio, which I feel will help me loose this gut. If I add say 2 days of 30 minute Cardio, I would be working out everyday. I don't have the time in my busy schedule for all this. Any suggestion's?
