Hi guys,
I really need all of ur help seriously. I have thought about it and I've came to the decision that I need some protein supplements. I've heard alot of stories about ehich products are good and bad. At the moment I'm considering Whey Protein. Can I consume it if I am 15? And am I right to say that I shld consume after wrkout?

The most important question of all is, will this increase my body fat as I am trying to loose my excess body fat like no ones business. Will it make me get fatter?

I will be buying it from Holland and Barret so the website is: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com . Can u pls tell me the best protein supplement from that shop and advise me.

Pls help
Thank u

just look for something that is affordable. at 15, a protein supplement will not hurt you. protein is protein. it is just in another form, that is digested much more easily, and can be used to supplement protein intake over the day. yes, take it postworkout.. take 1/4 of your bodyweight in grams (ie you weigh 200 lbs, take 50 gr).

it will not make you fatter. if you work out hard and have a good, clean diet, the protein will help build lean muscle mass, which will in turn raise your metabolism, and burn more fat across the day.

What about " L-Glutamine 500 mg. Tablets "

Is it the same? More benefits?

Thanks

glutamine is just a single amino acid that makes up protein. take a powder, it will include glutamine plus the others.

Good news....I just bought a supplement but it's not whey. It's called " Instant Milk & Egg Protein for bodybuilding"

The nutrionist there said that this supplement was best for beginners. It tastes ok except for the bits and lumps...which are disgusting.

Can u pls tell me if this is good. Can it replace a meal also? I want only lean muscle and I dnt want any extra fat. Does this do what I want it to?
The lable link is below, just copy and paste.
