Can someone tell what a back exercise is that is called
"Good Mornings" ??

To get the details for Good Morniings.. do this:

1. click on ft Exercise Resources in the top menu
2. click on Muscle Targeting
3. click on Back & Trapezius
4. click on Page 3

there you go! Just gave it to you this way so you see what ft has to offer..

You place a barbell across the shoulder (behind Neck) and slowly bend forward from the waist until your upper body is horizonal with the floor then you return to a standing position. Try it first with just the bar increase weight slowly. There are many exercise books on the market and are a good investment. I always find a few at rummage sales!
