Hi. I'm curious of what would be best to burn fat around my midsection and strengthen my core. I'm a father of two so I have little extra money to spend, so any tips that do not require equipment would be great.

Hello Guys amazing topic i think that running is one of the best exercise through which you lose your weight very quickly like if you do running exercise with great responsibility and daily routine.Whats your thinking about that?Thanks for sharing!!

-Lose weight
-Gain Weight
-Increase Energy/Endurance
-Quit Smoking
-Decrease pain
-Improve Flexibility etc

I am new to working out. I never needed to until the last 3 years, I plan to do power walking, then running. I am a mom of 2 and my funds are limited as well. This seems to be an effective option. Good luck to you.

A very good inexpensive workout for weight loss are swimming, jogging as well as cycling….as they have a large amount of cardiovascular paybacks such as good blood circulation..
