Well, Theres creatine.....it gives you goood mass and strength and power and stamina boost. Then theres glutamine.....it protects your muscles from the catabolic state and helps in repair. and theres whey protein....it also helps in repairs and boosts your growth and boosts your strength and power. I used these three in a single course....and it works great. Try it out.
Creatine is definately good. Then I take alpha lipoic acid to aid in muscle repair. I take Methoxy Pro three times a day for muscle synthesis and growth. I like all three and I have heard glutamine is excellent and would like to get on that so listen to Uttiya. Also take a good multi vitamin daily for all nutrients. There is another supplement to help in joint repair but I forgot what it was. Anybody out there know the name of this??????? If I find out I'll post it. Stay focused.
