These last 10 lbs are really stubborn. I have only lost 2lbs these last 2 weeks so I decided to switch up my routine even though it's only been 5 weeks. Let me know what you think.
M 1700 cals, abs, back, bi's
T 1500 cals, rest
W 1700 cals, legs, tri's, shoulders
Th 2000 cals, cardio 2X
F 1700 cals, abs, legs
S 1500 cals, rest
Su 1700 cals, cardio

I do legs twice a day because I currently go to physical therapy (m,w,f) and my PT told me it was very important for me to build up my leg muscles. I also do squats and lunges at random throughout the week though when I do them at home they are without weights. My goal is to lose thislast 10 lbs in 4-6 weeks. I know I may lose a little muscle with it but with all the weight training it shouldn't be much and I know I will get it back. I know 90% of weight loss comes from diet and not exercise so I make sure to eat a clean 5-6 meals a day. Is 2 days of cardio enough? I am 5'2 and 122lbs. I think I got it so I should be losing 2 lbs a week but I could use some imput. Also I played with my caloric intake with the amount of physical activity I have each day because I heard it's good to keep your body guessing, is that true or is it better to stick with a certain #?
