I had a new PR today in squats. I did 240 4 times on my last set. I had never done real squats till this summer and I'm loving them! I have yet to max out, but I think I'm going to Friday on all my lifts. I'll post my results

I've never maxed out on the squat, but I'm definitely want 275 or more, though I don't even know what 275 feels like on the shoulders. I'm hoping for a 275 squat, 160 bench, I really don't know about deadlift, and I'm still working on the power clean form some before I start moving up the weight more.

Got 165 on bench, 265 on squat.....didn't get my squat goal, I think I overshot it a bit. Thanks for the support!

congrats on the prs. i also have gotten some new prs. bench 175 and squat 290. gonna see if i can head to the gym and max out for the first time on deadlift. hoping for 320 but maybe a little overshot also
