hello everyone, i joined this group because i'm new to exercise and the gym and truly don't want to hurt myself :) (i tend to be a bit of a go getter). i've been working out very hard, as a result of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes june 2017. i'm now off my medication because i have lowered my blood sugar with diet and exercise. looking for like minds and experiences for advise and encouragement.
