HELLO TO ALL.I STUMBLED UPON THIS SITE WHILE I WAS SEARCHING FOR FITNESS PLANS. I HAVE A SLOW METABOLISM WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT ON LOSING WEIGHT. I WAS TAKING TRIM SPA BUT I PERFER NATURAL ALTERNITIVES. IF ANYBODY KNOWS ON HOW TO INCREASE METABOLISM NATURALLY PLEASE INFORM ME.THANK YOU

i heard that drinking coffee helps but im not too sure.but i read an article saying when you do cardio your metabolism rate go up . can anyone comfirm that. thks

Eat 5-7 smaller meals a day. One about every 3 hours.
