I say go with whatever works for you. I personally am not using weights for my crunches so if I ever decide to add weight than I will input it as weight but untill than I leave it blank. The only time I enter my body weight is when I do close grip/wide grip chin ups and dips.

Thanks. I guess I'll pick to enter my body weight, but what about things like crunches? Is that also body weight, a percentage of bodyweight or do I go with bbronswyk and leave it blank?

I have just got my first week of training and I have a question. I see that I am to imput the actual weight I use. My problem is I am not using machines are weights. I am doing good old fashion push-ups, crunches, etc. What do I enter for weights on these types of exercises?

Just dont enter the weights just enter the reps. Each week strive for more reps for the paticular excercise than you know you are progressing.
