Hi i m 19 years old weighing 52 kgs. I m looking to make a muscular body. What should be my exercise routine and my diet ?

Check out the different excercises listed in the exercise section of this cite. They are fantastic sources if you are having trouble finding a place to start! That's what I did and it was a great decision. :-)
