Hey everyone. Here's my question. Is there anything wrong with working a particular muscle group more than once a week. For instance chest, shoulders and tricpes on monday then on tuesday work legs and calves and wednesday back, biceps and forearms, thursday repeat tuesday routine and friday repeat mondays routine. Is this ok or should have a longer rest period before working the same muscle group again. Thanks for the help

why dont you try something like this
Monday : chest abs
Tuesday : legs
Wed: rest
Thursday : shoulders, back
Friday: Biceps triceps and abs
Saturday off
Sunday off
