I need someone out there to help get me past the starting line.. Im looking for a sample program (diet/exersice routine) to lose some body fat without losing too much muscle... Im looking to probably lose 10-15 lbs with a good diet and exercise routine.. anyone help?

Have you looked at the programs that FT has to offer? There are sample diets posted all over these boards. Take a little time and read some of the posts. I would start with the Specific Diets....forum.
