I hate to have a double post like this on the forum, so I hope you guys can forgive me for it. I just got back from shopping and I have an idea of what I wanna eat daily now for my new diet, and was wondering if you guys could critique it for me.
*Breakfeast.
I plan on having 1 bowl of cheerios with skim milk and a banana with 2 glasses of water. I'll also take my multivitamin and my new fish oil pills, if according to my other post I'm supposed to take them at that time.
I can switch out the cereal for plan oatmeal, 2 packs if you guys think thats a better idea?
*A few hours after breakfeast.
I will have a salad, 2 cups of lettuce. I'll chop up some bell pepper for some extra flavor and I'm thinking 2 egg whites in it. Also 2 cups of water before eating.
*Lunch time, hour before working out
2 glasses of water before eatting. A peanut butter sandwhice. 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and all natural peanut butter. Took me a while to find the all natural stuff, I hear it's better for me right?
**Work out and hour later**
*After workout
I just bought some Whey Protein powder! So I'll have that right after I work out, half of it first, then sip the rest for 20 mins I think is what Im supposed to do?
*Dinner time. Few hours after working out
This will vary. Since my fiance and I eat together everynight, I have to kinda compromise with her. Whatever I eat, I will eat sparingly, and most of the time we eat very healthy. Whatever I eat, I'll also have 2 glasses of water before eating.
*Night time snack, if needed!
I'm thinking 1 slice of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter? And of course, water to try and stop my hunger hurting.
How does this sound? Hopefully closer to something more appropriate for me. Thanks everyone!
-------------- I have courage. I will meet this challenge with confidence knowing that I have the energy to ensure and the determination to succeed.

heres some ideas..
the oatmeal for breakfast is a good idea, as it will add some extra fiber to your diet. you can switch off between the two. i might add in some healthy fats, such as ground flaxseed to either.
natural pb is better for you.. lacks alot of added crap in other products (ie sugar, preservatives, etc.)
thats ok for your protein postworkout.
for your night time snack, i would drop the bread. try to limit your carb intake a few hours before you go to sleep, as it is an easy way to drop some cals. stick to a casein protein based snack.. cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, etc. you could also look to a banana, oatmeal, some lean meat.. the main thing to stay away from is carbs. some cottage cheese and flaxseed is my fav..
its ok to switch things around every once and awhile.. the important thing is to keep it healthy. i dont think i could eat the same thing day in day out without going crazy, so i just make whole grain choices, veggies over fries, lean meats, etc.
