So I woke up this morning and went out to breakfast with my boyfriend. Here is what I had at 9:30,
1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast
3 eggs whites
1/2 cup diced mixed fresh fruit
1 slice banana-walnut bread (dry)
Glass of Ice Tea with sweet 'n low.
And I still have the other 1/2 of my breakfast that I can eat at 12:00.
Does this look like a good start to the day? ANyone have any suggestions?
Oh and by the way; it's hard to sit there and eat a plain chicken breast when my boyfriend is eating homefried potatoes bacon sausage and pancakes! But I did it!!! :cool:
