I haven't had a chance to look it over as of yet, but apparently focuses on some things that have been issues with the old one for years.
It breaks it down to gender and age along with some other criteria.

I don't see General tao chicken or Heinekin on it! Damn government think they know everything. I guess I'll come out with my own guide.
That being said, it's about time they updated and also notice they added in exercise! Wonder why?

I believe that we can eat the same foods as you. I think we have to make our portions smaller than what is suggested though, I mean after the exchange rate and all :big_smile:
