I am 25 and too embarassed to socialize with anybody anymore.I am emotionally torn apart and no one that I talk to seems to understand what being obese can do to you in more ways than one.I have no support from friends and family so I am forced to seek help and emotional support from other sources.I have a beautiful little girl and for her sake,I don't want to end up in the morgue on a metal slab at an early age.Somebody please help me.

Alowe we can help you and we are happy to. First thing to do is fill out your profile. Then come back to this thread and post your current exercise regime and a typical days nutrition. Be specific, don't leave anything out and we should be able to tweak it so you can see some results.

Are you still here??....comeon back and post, reaching out and asking for a little support is a good step in the right direction! You are right, your child needs a happy, healthy parent and that, too, is saying you are willing to do something to better your situation, so come on, jump on the health train and meet some great individuals that have come from all walks of life and struggled with weight and emotional difficulties (usually go hand in hand) - some still struggle - but the point is we are here, and we are trying to do something about it!! You can too!
