Nestle drink - opinion

Hi all!

I wanted to know your opinion about a drink that nestle sells here in Mexico, the nutrition facts are the following:

Calories 332
Carbs 64 g
proteins 18 g
fat 0.4 g
sodium 330 mg
Vit A 192 mg
Vit D 3.8 mg

I'm assuming the carbs are all sugars, and that's probably not so great a number, unless you're looking to gain a lot of weight or drink it post workout. I used to drink Hershey's Milkshakes they sell in grocery stores and gas stations post workout while I was waiting for my powder to come in.

hmmm, I guess you are right... i will take a closer look at the ingredients list to see if i can find more... as it is fat free i assumed it would be a nice choice (for the calories and proteins it has)

If you are looking for chocolate milk, try adding Nesquick No Sugar Added mix to your milk. For 2 tablespoons the mix has:

40 Calories
1 gram fat
7 total carbs (3 sugar)
