Eating right is a great step. You may want to start with walking. Try push ups from the knees. You need to find some way to keep moving.

Congratulations on your success so far girlsrule. To add to KA's post, you can use some 2-3 lb dumbells, (or even 5 lbs if you are able to) do some bicep curls, tricep raises (raise your arm over head, then lower the dumbell behind your head), shoulder raises (to the front and to the side). You can even do these in a chair if need be. To start your abs, you can sit in a straight chair (not a recliner type) and raise your leg off the floor with your knee bent. Although you may not be able to reach your knee to your chest, that's the movement you would be going for. Engage your abs when you do it. Keep up the good work and keep coming back here. You will find a lot of useful information. Good luck.
