I keep changing my routine to "shock" my body....but I went to try on a swimsuit today and about cried !!! I currently do 3 whole body workouts with HIIT after, 2-3 days of Pilates, and I walk after work a few night a week for about 1 horu....I eat 5 small meals a day...drink tons of water....WHATS'S Up !!!!!!

Well, first of all, never try on swimsuits! Guaranteed to make the strongest among us cry. How long has it been that you've been doing all that and have you had any results?

around a month with this new program, and yes I have seen results...but my goodness !!!!! If I wasn't having a bad day before....

I remember I had the same issue 5 weeks into the program, doing everything perfect, I had seen almost no results and I came on very frustrated. At the same time I knew if I just kept doing what I was doing, the changes would come. Anyway, you sound like you probably don't have too much to lose...assuming your diet is on track, you're probably doing everything right...just don't lose your patience.
